3. Purposes and legal basis
Responding to your request and preparing a proposal — your request and consent, and steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (b)).
Security. For security purposes, the IP addresses and access times of all visitors to this website are recorded in system logs, including when the contact form is submitted. The logs are used only to detect and prevent attacks, spam and other abuse; this data is not disclosed to third parties. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

4. How long we keep data
We keep submissions for no longer than 24 months after our last communication. If we enter into a contract, we keep the data for the duration of the contract and for as long as required by law (for example, accounting rules). Security logs are kept for no longer than 12 months, unless needed to investigate a specific security incident. After that, the data is deleted.
5. Cookies
This website uses only cookies necessary for it to work:
PHPSESSID — session and contact form security; deleted when you close the browser.
lang — your chosen language; 12 months.
cookie_consent — your cookie choice; 12 months.
We currently do not use analytics or marketing cookies. If they are introduced, they will only work with your consent. You can change your choice or delete all cookies at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.
6. Recipients and third parties
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be processed on our behalf by our website hosting and email service providers.
Google Fonts: the website’s fonts are loaded from Google servers, so when you open the page your browser sends your IP address to Google.
External links: the share buttons (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, WhatsApp) and the address link to Google Maps are plain links. Data is passed to these services only if you click them, and their own privacy policies apply.
7. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
We do not transfer personal data outside the European Union and the European Economic Area ourselves. Where our service providers (such as Google) do so, this is done with safeguards provided for by the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to receive your data in a portable format and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing).
